Symptoms
The iPod/iPhone does not turn on or does not
work.
Sound is distorted.
Playback pauses.
No operations are available when playing back
a track containing artwork.
Video is not played back.

Remedies/Causes
• Check the connection.
• Charge the battery.
• Check whether <Head Unit> or <iPod> is correctly
selected. (☞ page 60)
• Reset the iPod/iPhone.
Deactivate the equalizer either on this unit or the
iPod/iPhone.
The headphones are disconnected during playback
with <iPod Control Mode> set to <iPod>. Restart
playback.
It takes a long time to loading an artwork. Operate the
unit after the artwork is loaded. (☞ page 74)
Check the connection of USB Audio and Video cable (KS-
U29, not supplied).
Check the connection.
Reconnect the Satellite radio after a few seconds.
Start subscribing to SIRIUS Satellite radio. (☞ page 63)
Signals cannot be received. Move to the place where the
System receives the satellite radio signals.
Connect the antenna firmly.
No broadcast on the selected channel.
Selected channel is not broadcasting at this time.
Reconnect this unit and the Satellite radio correctly and
reset the unit.
