- Unit is not plugged in. Plug Power Cord into electrical outlet. Make sure Steam Power Button is in the

- Household circuit breaker / ground fault interrupter has tripped or blown a fuse. Reset circuit breaker /
ground fault interrupter, or replace fuse. For assistance, contact a licensed electrician.
- Unit is damaged or in need of repair. Cease usage and unplug. Contact Consumer Service for as-
sistance.
Mop does not
- Water Tank is empty. Fill Water Tank with distilled water.
emit steam
- Mineral deposits have built up in mop. The unit needs to be cleaned. Refer to REMOVING MINERAL
during use or
BUILD-UP for cleaning instructions.

After mopping,
- Microfiber Pad is dirty - wash current Microfiber Pad and attach a new or freshly laundered pad to
streaks or dirt
