Possible cause
The batteries are flat.
The batteries have been in-
serted incorrectly.
The cuff line is not correctly
inserted into the device.
The cuff is ruptured.
The cuff was not attached
correctly.
You moved or talked during
the measurement.
The measurement was ob-
structed by clothing.
Old measured values have
been overwritten by more
recent values as the memory
is full.
Insufficient contact pressure.
Connection problems be-
tween the smartphone/tablet
and the app.

Solution
Replace the batteries.
Re-insert the batteries, observing
the correct polarity (-/+).
Ensure that the cuff line is correctly
inserted into the device.
Replace the cuff. Contact
Customer Services.
Re-attach the cuff.
Do not move or talk during the
measurement.
Ensure that clothing cannot obstruct
the arm cuff during the measure-
ment.
Download the stored measured
values to your computer every
so often.
Ensure that the lower electrode
is pressed firmly against the skin.
Switch off the main unit, close the
app and deactivate Bluetooth
your smartphone/tablet. Establish
the connection again.
