If any of the following problems occur, you may also notice long temperature measurements times. In addition,
the temperature pinwheel, which indicates tissue contact, may stop moving.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Solution
Ask your Biomed to reset the model number to the correct value.
Connect probe or replace it if it is defective.
Insert probe into probe well and try the measurement again.
If the "Temp-Probe Disconnected" message appears, the probe is probably
defective. Replace the probe. Insert the new probe into, out of, and back into the
probe well to reset the message.

Ask patient to keep mouth closed during measurement.
Check the placement of the probe. In Predictive mode, the probe must be placed
directly against the sublingual artery, in the back, center of the tongue.
