Printing Vital Signs for the Current Patient

Use the following procedure to print a patient's current vital signs:
Step Action
1 Take the patient's vital signs.
2 In the Line List display, press the Print soft key. The Print Request screen appears.
3 Press the Print Current soft key. The system creates a printout of the patient's current vital signs in the
Vital Signs Print format.

Printing Vital Signs by Patient ID

To print vital signs for a patient that is not currently displayed on the LCD screen, you must select the
patient ID first.
Step Action
1 In the Line List display, press the Print soft key. The Print Request screen appears.
2 Press the Print Pat soft key. The Patient ID screen appears.
3 Select the ID of the patient whose vital signs you want to print.
4 Press the View Patient soft key to view the measurements.
5 Press the Print soft key to print the measurements. The information is printed out in the Line List format.
The newest data is printed first.

Printing All Currently Displayed Records

To print the vital signs currently displayed on the LCD screen:
Step Action
1 In the Line List display, press the Print soft key. The Print Request screen appears.
2 Press the Print Screen soft key. The system prints all vital signs currently displayed on the LCD screen.
The printout is provided in the Line List format.
3 After the printing is complete, press the Main soft key to return to the Line List display

Printing All Records in Memory

To print all of the records in the line list memory:
Step Action
1 In the Line List display, press the Print soft key. The Print Request screen appears.
2 Press the Print List soft key. The system prints all records in the line list memory, starting with the newest
record. The printout is provided in the Line List format.
3 After the printing is complete, press the Main soft key to return to the Line List display
