Note: This equipment has been tested and found to
comply with the limits for a Class A digital device,
pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against
harmful interference when the equipment is operated in
a commercial environment. This equipment generates,
uses and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not
installed and used in accordance with the instruction
manual, may cause harmful interference to radio

Warranty
Greenlee is proud to offer a limited warranty to the
original purchaser that our Greenlee product will be
free from defects in workmanship and materials for
one (1) year.
Please note ordinary wear and tear, abuse, neglect
or damage resulting from alterations or disregard of
the products instruction manual, as judged solely by
Greenlee, are not covered under this limited warranty.
Greenlee's sole liability and purchaser's sole remedy
for a failure of a product under this limited warranty
and for all arising claims from the purchase and
use of the Greenlee product shall be limited to the
replacement or repair of the product that does not
conform to this warranty and SHALL BE IN LIEU OF
ANY OTHER LIABILITY OR REMEDY, INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CAUSES OF ACTION IN
NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY. THERE ARE NO
OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES COVERING THESE
GOODS OTHER THAN AS SET FORTH HEREIN.
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE
EXPLICITLY EXCLUDED. GREENLEE ASSUMES
NO OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE
INSTALLATION OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT EXCEPT
AS STATED HEREIN. IN NO EVENT WILL GREENLEE
BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES. Any rental units or demonstration Greenlee
products are covered by this limited warranty for
90 days from the date of purchase.

This Greenlee limited warranty gives you speci c legal
rights. You may also have other legal rights which
vary from state to state. Some states do not allow
certain limits on implied warranties, or exclusions
from incidental or consequential damages, so the
above limitations and exclusions may not apply to
you in all situations. Greenlee elects not to make the
informal dispute settlement mechanism speci ed in
the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act available under this
limited warranty.

than as described in this manual. Personal injury or
damage to the tool may result.
