Important This system version does not require an interface card / box or a datalogger
card / box. Only one com card per inverter is required for data communication.
Possible system layout
This system version requires control board software version number 4.22.00 and
higher (USA - 4.15.00) for Fronius IG Plus series devices.
This system version is possible for all Fronius CL series devices.
Each inverter requires a com card for data communication between inverters.
Inverters are connected to the inputs and outputs of the com cards via a patch
cable.
A separate inverter number must be assigned to each inverter.
The interface protocol (IFP) must be activated to enable data communication (see
chapter Selecting Protocol Type).
