0x9F - Set power
The sign of the Q

Inverter-specific behaviour for Fronius IG Plus V and Fronius CL:
A maximum reactive power of approx. 2100 VAr can be made available per power stage
set.
Calculation of the maximum value: Number of power stage sets x 2100 VAr = max.
specified value.
Example: 15 power stage sets each with 2100 VAr results in a max. specified value of 15
x 2100 VAr = 31500 VAr.
Higher specified values are automatically limited to the maximum reactive power output
of the device.
The reactive power available for each feed-in operating point also depends on the
present effective power output due to the limited power factor. For this reason, the
reactive power specified value is only used as a maximum value when sufficient effecti-
ve power is being output and thus the power factor remains within the defined limits.
An inverter that receives the '0x9F - Set power reduction and reactive power' command
and whose network number is on the list

The sender can now determine which devices have successfully received the frame by
analysing the inverter number field:
Inverter number 0xFF = inverter has carried out the command
Inverter number not 0xFF = inverter has not carried out the command
specified value defines whether the inverter behaves like an over- or

specified value
Q

carries out the corresponding action
overwrites its network number with 0xFF
and forwards the frame
