► Advise the patient that the product may not be used if the product or
part of the product exhibits signs of wear (e.g. cracks, deformation,
poor fit) or damage.

Open all hook-and-loop closures on the support.
1) Find the contracted muscle approx. 5 cm below the elbow joint (see
fig. 1).
2) Pull the support over the forearm up to the elbow (see fig. 2).
3) Position the support in such a way that the pad of the strap rests on said
muscle when the strap is closed.
4) Close the strap of the support (see fig. 3).
5) Close the top hook-and-loop closure.
4.3 Cleaning

Damage to the product due to use of improper cleaning agents
► Only clean the product with the approved cleaning agents.
Clean the support regularly:
1) Fasten all hook-and-loop closures.
2) Recommendation: Use a laundry bag or net.
3) Wash the support in warm water at 40 °C (104 °F) with standard mild
detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly.
4) Allow to air dry. Do not expose to direct heat sources (e.g. sunlight,
stove or radiator).

Dispose of the product in accordance with national regulations.
