► If any faults, defects or other hazards that can lead to personal injury are detected, the product must be taken
out of service immediately. This includes uncontrolled (driving) movements as well as sounds that are unex
pected or previously not noted or odours that deviate significantly from the state of the product at the time of
delivery.

6.2 Basic functions
6.2.1 Adjusting the back angle
1) Engage the wheel lock (see Page 50).
2) Secure the back support with one hand (see fig. 10).
3) Pull the release cord a few centimetres upwards (see fig. 10) to release the angle adjustment of the back sup
port (see fig. 11, item 1).
4) Move the back support to the desired angle while keeping the release cord pulled (see fig. 12, see fig. 13).
5) Let go of the release cord again so that the bars on the left and right side lock into place (see fig. 11).
CAUTION! Check that the lock is firmly engaged by pulling on the back support.
