6.4.5 Grab rail
The rehab buggy can be equipped with a grab rail that prevents the sitting child falling forward for certain indica
tions.
The grab rail can be removed to facilitate getting into the buggy.
Mounting the grab rail
1) Screw the receivers for the grab rail to the seat tubes (see fig. 38).
2) Slide the pad onto the grab rail.
3) Press in the tripod springs on the left and right sides of the grab rail.
4) Insert the two ends of the grab rail into the receivers to the stop.
→ The arch of the grab rail should point towards the seat.
Removing the grab rail
1) Press and hold the tripod springs of the grab rail.
2) Pull the grab rail out of the receivers (see fig. 39).

6.4.6 Hook-and-loop foot straps
The seating unit can be equipped with hook-and-loop foot straps that secure the child's feet firmly to the foot sup
port for certain indications.
The hook-and-loop foot straps are attached to the heel part of the foot support with two rivets or screws positioned
beside one another (see fig. 40). The holes must be inserted in the foot support accordingly.
In addition, foot straps can also be used for the forefoot area.
Using the hook-and-loop foot strap
1) Open the hook-and-loop fastener.
2) Place the foot on the foot support.
3) Pull the strap firmly around the shoe and close the hook-and-loop fastener fully.
