Cause
The direct current load isolator is at position 0.
The photovoltaic module's voltage is lower than
the minimum input voltage for the relevant in-
verter.
Minus direct current connection and plus direct
current connection are inverted.
The relevant minimum input voltage is not
reached.
Inverter defective.
Changes in an existing photovoltaic installation
have led to defects in the direct current or altern-
ating current installation.
The inverter displays a photovoltaic voltage of
10,000 V.
Inverter defective.
External data logger or energy manager sends a
signal for limiting the output.
Defective or incorrectly poled photovoltaic mod-
ules and/or incorrectly poled photovoltaic gener-
ator parts

Measure
Move the direct current load isolator to position 1
until you hear it click into place.
Check the photovoltaic module's voltage directly
on the inverter's display.
Ensure that the photovoltaic modules are com-
patible. Ask customer service about this, if re-
quired.
Measure the no-load voltage of the module
string(s), and check the polarity of the cables
and/or plugs.
Connect the minus direct current connection and
plus direct current connection correctly.
Ensure that the direct current installation is cor-
rect.
Check the system dimensioning for the number
of module strings and the number of modules
per module string.
If required, adjust the photovoltaic generator to
the requirements for the inverter.
If required, contact customer service.
Replace the inverter.
Check the direct current and alternating current
installation.
Ensure that the direct current or alternating cur-
rent installation is correct.
If required, contact customer service.
Replace the inverter.
Check the settings for the output limit in the ser-
vice menu or the configuration of the external
data logger and correct the settings, if required.
Check the generator characteristic directly on the
inverter's display.
Carry out the instructions on troubleshooting if
the "No output power" fault occurs.
If required, contact customer service.
Replace the inverter.
