Maintenance
Important
Maintenance operations should be
carried out at least once a year and by
qualified personnel.
• Cut off power supply at the multipole
switch.
• Make sure there is no current.
• Cut off the fuel intake.
Setting values are those indicated in
section Start up.
Use only genuine manufacturer spare
parts.
• Remove the burner cover.

Cleaning
Access to the board
• Loosen the case plate's four fixing
screws by five turns.
• Undo the plate and pull it out until the
nozzle line is completely free.
• The plate can be hooked for cleaning
in two positions: see photographs
opposite.
Air box
• Undo the screw K.
• Remove the air box.
• Take dust, using a dry paintbrush, off
the air box and the acoustic foam.
• Reassemble the unit.
Checking the electrodes, the
turbulator and the nozzle
• Disconnect the cables of the
electrodes.
• Clean or change the electrodes.
• Remove the turbulator and clean it.
• Disassemble the nozzle using two
spanners (one of which holds the
nozzle carrier).
• Change the nozzle.
• Check the settings.
Volute
• Remove dust, using a paintbrush
inside the volute, the fan, the air flap
and the automatic shutter ; check that
the latter works freely.
Assembling the fan turbine
When replacing the motor or fan turbine,
the 0 dimension beetween A and B must
imperatively be respected (diagram
opposite).
• Tighten the turbine. Check that there is
no rubbing.
Cleaning the cell
• Remove the cell and wipe it with a
clean, dry cloth.
• Put the cell back in place.

Removing the flame tube
• Disconnect the electric power supply
socket.
• Untighten the collar.
• Remove the burner and place it on the
ground.
• Undo the flame tube's four fixing
screws.
• Remove and replace the end piece.
• Reassemble the unit by proceeding in
reverse order of the disassembly.
• Check the position of the flexible
hoses.
Cleaning the pump filter
• The filter is located inside the pump. It
must be cleaned at each service.
• Close fuel-oil intake valve.
• Place a recipient under the pump to
collect the fuel-oil.
• Undo the screws and remove the
cover.
• Remove the filter, clean or replace it.
• Reassemble the filter and the cover,
using a new seal.
• Open the fuel-oil valve.
• Check it for leaks.
Cleaning the cover
• Clean the cover with water containing
a detergent. No chlorinated nor
abrasive product should be used.
N.B.:
After any maintenance operation:
• Check the combustion parameters
under actual working conditions
(doors closed, cover in place, etc.)
• Record the results in the relevant
documents.
