C. Folding Wheelchair
7. Flip anti-tips up (See Section BB: Anti-Tips), then remove wheels and flip up red levers on
top of axle arms on both sides of chair (Fig. 6). Levers will remain upright until chair is
folded.

8. Lift rear of chair off of the floor and swing axle bar down and forward as far as it will go,
engaging into slit in bottom of base frame between side plates (Fig. 7).
