GREASING THE DRAIN TAP
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn on the drain tap (A) to empty the pan, and
leave it open.
2 - Undo the locking screw (B).
3 - Pull off the cone (C).
4 - Check the seals for wear and replace them if
necessary.
5 - Clean the cone (C) and its seat.
6 - Coat the cone (C) with edible fat , fit it in its seat
and turn it a few times.
7 - Pull off the cone (C) to remove the excess
grease.
8 - Replace the cone (C) and tighten the screw (B).
TROUBLESHOOTING
The appliance has been tested before being put
into service.
The information provided below is intended to as-
sist in the identification and correction of any anom-
alies and malfunctions which might occur during
use.
Faults
The heating elements do not
come on
The pressure gauge has detected
an abnormal pressure (> 0,5 bar)
inside the jacket
The safety thermostat is tripped
too often
FAULT
The user can solve some of these problems
himself, but for others specific technical
knowledge or skill is required, and so they must
only be carried out by qualified staff with recognised
experience acquired in the specific sector of opera-
tion.

Pressure control valve fouled or
damaged
The water level in the jacket is not
correct
