to the rear.
Visually check whether fuse (3) is
damaged (blown). If necessary have
fuse (3) replaced by a specialist dealer.

● Close the cover again.

15.21 Charging the battery using the
charger plug
The VIKING ACB 010 battery float charger
or the VIKING ADL 012 diagnostic charger
(both not included in standard equipment)
can be connected to the charger plug.
Only float charging can be performed with
the VIKING ACB 010 battery float charger.
Both float charging and full charging
(charging an empty battery) can be
performed with the ADL 012 diagnostic
charger.
Avoid damage to the machine.
Never charge the battery when the
engine is running.
Only the VIKING ACB 010 battery
float charger or the VIKING
ADL 012 diagnostic charger may
be connected to the charger plug.
Other chargers, particularly those
with a higher charging current, can
damage the machine.
In order to charge the battery using
another chargers, it must first be
removed.
Before connecting:
● Read and observe the information in
the instructions for the VIKING
chargers.
● Read and observe the instructions in
the battery supplementary sheet.
Connecting:
● Stop the engine. (
● Engage the parking brake. (
● Open the engine hood. (
Only connect the VIKING ACB 010 battery
float charger or the VIKING ADL 012
diagnostic charger to the charger plug (1).
