These instructions for use provide important information regarding the installation and proper use
of the 476C00=FCC* Cloud wheelchair seat cushion (custom size: 476C00=SA200).
Please note the following:

conditions. Adjustments may only be made by suitably trained qualified personnel and in close
coordination with the user.

2 Product description

The wheelchair seat cushion is used as a decubitus prophylaxis. It provides optimal pressure
redistribution and reduces shear forces.
The seating surface consists of cells filled with the polymer gel Floam. In the middle of the seating
surface, there are round Floam cells (see fig. 1, items 4, 5, 6) filled with varying densities of
Floam. These can be individually positioned depending on the posture requirements. Elongated
lateral Floam cells (see fig. 1, item 2) offer added postural stability and contribute to damping.
A waterproof foam base at the bottom of the seating surface has a damping effect (see fig. 1,
item 3).
