2.4. Electrical connection
The electrical installation must have a multiple cutout at contact
openings of 3 mm. The system protection will be based on a
differential circuit-breaker (IDn = 30 mA).
Electrical connection is implemented by connecting the pump's
power socket directly to a household power socket, according to
standard IEC-60364 (electrical installations in buildings) or in
accordance with regulations in force in the country of destina-
tion.
2.5. Checks prior to initial start-up
Check that the mains voltage and frequency correspond to those
stated on the specification plate.
Ensure that the pump shaft rotates freely.
Fill the pump body entirely with water through the priming plug.
If a foot valve has been fitted, fill the suction piping.
Ensure that no seals or connectors are leaking.
THE PUMP MUST NEVER BE RUN DRY.
2.6. Applications
KIT FUNCTION: The pump has several operating modes, one of which is
the "KIT" function, in which the pump keeps the installation pressurised,
starting when there is a demand for water and stopping when there is no
demand. The figure below illustrates a typical application in "KIT" mode.
AUTO FUNCTION: The pump operates like a normal sprinkler program-
mer, so that when a station is activated so too is the pump; that is, when
no station is activated the pump is stopped and the installation is depres-
surised. This does not mean that when the pump is running the KIT func-
tion is activated, since if there is no consumption of water the pump stops.
KIT and AUTO FUNCTION: When there are two modes of operation
activated, the installation is always pressurised and the user can take
water from the tap at any time, while any sprinkler station can be acti-
vated.
3. PROGRAMMING
3.1. Programmer features
Pump with programmer for four sprinkler stations and four independent
weekly programmes, while there is also a built-in pressure-control kit
which includes dry protection for the pump.
On-screen indication of current time and date. In the event of power-
supply failure it has autonomy of 24 hours, during which time it retains
the time and all the programmes but displays nothing on the screen.

3.3. Start function
This screen appears when the programmer is activated for the first time
or if the reset button is pressed, or following a lengthy power-cut exce-
eding 24 hours.
If the reset button is pressed, the circuit initialises completely, but the
automatic programmes are not deleted.

ALARM
Press the '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously to exit from this screen. If
you wish to also delete all the automatic programmes, the '+' and 'OK'
buttons must be pressed.
3.4. Menu
Use the '+' key to move through the menu.
Use the 'OK' to select.
3.5. Mode of operation
There are three modes of operation.
• Pressure KIT operation
• Automatic operation
• CHECK function
The Kit and Auto operation modes can be activated both together or
separately.
