• 5 : The pump has run while dry.
• 6 : There are leaks in the installation, with continuous stopping and
starting, installation flow is less than 100 l/h.
When the error is activated due to short-circuiting of a valve, the pro-
gramme continues to operate but that station is cancelled, while the
error will be displayed on screen.
As long as the pump is operating, the lack-of-water safety programme
remains activated. If the circuit detects that the pump has been running
dry for 10", the alarm is activated and the pump stops. In this fault con-
dition the circuit will attempt to restart after 15'; if it is not successful it
will try again after 30', again after 45' and finally after one hour, always
in relation to the last attempt. After this, it will not make any further
attempts.
An error due to leaks in the installation will be activated if the pump
carries out more than 10 consecutive start-ups within a time of less than
5" between stopping and starting.

To exit from fault status, the 'OK' key has to be pressed.
4. START-UP
Open all the flow valves in the pipes, both suction and discharge.
Move the power switch to ON. The water may take a few seconds to tra-
vel the length of the pipes.
If the motor does not run or no water is extracted, try to determine the
anomaly from the list of possible most common faults and their possible
solutions, which we provide on the last pages.
5. MAINTENANCE
Our pumps are maintenance-free.
During icy periods take the precaution of draining the pipes.
If the pump is to remain inactive for a lengthy period, we recommend that it
be disassembled and stored in a dry, well-ventilated place.
In the event of fault, the pump should be worked on only by an
authorised technical service centre. When the time comes to dis-
pose of the pump, it contains no toxic or contaminating mate-
rials. The main components are duly marked so that they can be
scrapped selectively by materials.
The solenoid valves must be 24V AC-50 Hz and with a rated
current of <= 0,35 A
