• Make sure that the clamping unit is installed as follows:
– operating elements always accessible
– product fastened free of mechanical stress and bending
– Always fasten the clamping unit on the side opposite the braking direction r (è Fig. 5)
• Check whether safety measures (e.g. toothed latches or moving bolts) are also required externally
(è DIN EN ISO 12100 and DIN EN ISO 13849-1).
• Select the installation type for the desired application.
