ABO2012IQM01_ - Installation and Operation Manual
Description
Grid consumption power out of the
permitted range
The generated power in the PV
array is not sufficient to connect to
the AC grid
Fault in power supply to the
electronic circuit boards
DC current fed to the grid out of
the permitted range
Inverter setting change
Insulation resistance out of range
AC current saturation
Low DC voltage
Electric arc detected in the DC
input
Description
Possible fan blockage
Power regulation due to
temperature above operating
temperature
Temperature below operating
temperature
High DC input voltage
Communication fault with the self-
consumption devices (wattmeter
or INGECON EMS Manager)
Fault in DC arresters
Solution
This may be due to a low irradiance level. Otherwise,
check the PV array.
Check the correct connection of the DC cables.
Open the unit and check the correct connection of
the control board.
Check the installation in the AC part.
If the error persists, contact the Technical Service.
Normal shut down due to a change in the inverter
setting.
Check, on the display, that the PV array grounding is
correctly configured. Search for an insulation fault in
the PV array. If one of the poles is grounded, check
the grounding fuse.
Check the installation in the AC part.
If the error persists, contact the Technical Service.
This may be due to a low irradiance level. Otherwise,
check the PV array.
Check the condition of the installation connected to
the unit's DC input.
Solution
Check the condition of the fan and that there are no
elements that prevent it functioning properly.
Check the room temperature does not exceed the
specified maximum temperature and the inverter
is not exposed to direct sunlight. Also check the
functioning of the fans.
Check the room temperature is not below the
specified minimum temperature.
Check the connections of the PV array, ensuring the
series-parallel configuration of the panels is correct,
and that the maximum voltage of the MPP has not
been exceeded.
Not applicable
Check the connection of the different elements. If
the error persists, contact the Technical Service.
Check the condition of the surge arresters and
replace as required.
