Your routes will then be visible when you tap on the route icon: a calendar will open showing the days
on which a route was saved. Then you simply select a date on the calendar and confirm. You will then be
redirected to the map menu and the dogs' route will be displayed.
➢ Clear the cache:
Under what circumstances should you clear your cache? Clearing the cache means you reinitialise the
app. By doing this you will therefore delete all of the information you have saved in the app (including
the pre-loaded map).
We recommend performing this operation only if your app is completely blocked or if our After Sales
department asks you to.
To 'empty the cache', select the sub-menu of the same name, you will then see the following message:
Do you want to delete the reference points, protection areas and the tracking history?
Tap on Confirm: all of the elements in the cache will then be deleted.
