- Mount the clutch discs (1) (see Repair Manual).
- Mount the pressure piece (2) (see Repair Manual).

- Position the pressure cap (3) and mount the screws (4) with the springs
and washers.
NOTE:
Tighten the screws diagonally (10Nm).

- Position the new clutch cover gasket (5) (included).

- Mount the clutch cover (6) (10Nm).

A 7x hex collar screws M6x25 (10Nm)
B 2x hex collar screws M6x30 (10Nm)
C 1x hex collar screw M6x40 (10Nm)
D 1x hex collar screw M6x35 (10Nm)
E 1x copper seal ring 6x10x1 (10Nm)

- Mount the water pump impeller (6Nm/Loctite243).
- Mount the water pump cover (7) with the new water pump cover seal (inclu-
ded) (10Nm).
- Mount the foot brake lever.

- Position the distance sleeve (8) (included).
NOTE:
The small diameter of the distance sleeve faces outward.
- Position the kick starter lever (9) (included), mount the fasson washer 8mm
(included) screw M8x20 (10) (included) and tighten (25Nm).
