support both the weight of the appliance-support group
and that the maximum rated load.
The appliance should be installed exclusively on a
stable support.
Unpack the appliance and make sure it is intact. Arrange
the operation area being careful not to place it against
walls, bulkheads, partition walls, partitions, kitchen fur-
niture or coating made in flammable material.
We recommend you strictly comply with fire-prevention
regulations in force.
Make sure there is a minimum clearance of 100 mm
on all sides between the oven and the wall or the other
equipment (fig. 1).
The device must be installed in a properly ventilated
location.
All materials used for packaging are eco-friendly; they
can be stored without any risk or be disposed of accord-
ing to local regulations in force.
The appliance should be levelled: to adjust the height
of the leveling feet proceed as shown in fig. 2, using a
spirit level.

Unevenness or inclinations of a certain degree can com-
promise the operation of the device.
Remove the entire protective film from the external
panels of the appliance, detaching it slowly to remove
all traces of adhesive.
Make sure that all openings and holes designed for heat intake/discharge are not ob-
structed.
2.2 Water line connection (only for models equipped with humidifier)
The water pressure must be of maximum (250 kPa) 2.5 bars. If the pressure
of mains water is greater than this value, it is necessary to install a pressure
reducer upstream of the appliance.
The minimum water pressure required for proper operation of the device
should be above 0.5 bar.
The appliances have a single inlet for softened water (fig. 3). We always
recommend installing a water softener-descaler to bring the hardness of the
water entering the appliance to values between 8° and 10° F.
Before connection, drain off a sufficient amount of water to clean the pipe
