4.2.2 Temperatura maintenance
To set a temperature maintenance cycle after a regeneration cycle or a new
cycle, proceed as follows.
If the appliance is switched off, turn it on using the switch-on button (2).
Press the key HOLD (10). On display will appear the maintenance tempera-
ture, THAT can be changed using buttons 5 and 6. Press the Start button
(12). In case the chamber is not warm enough (for example if the cycle is
new) the regenerator will be set to pre-heating mode and the display will
showPRE. Once the temperature is reached, a beep indicates that you can
place the product in the regenerator. If upon appliance startup the chamber is
already warm, the unit will enter directly into maintenance mode, displaying
the temperature of the chamber. The maintenance cycle lasts until the opera-
tor commands the manual Stop (key 12).
4.2.3 Programming 2 regeneration phases and Hold (mainte-
nance).
ONLY PROGRAMMABLE DEVICES
If you have a programmable regenerator (fig. 12 page 11) you can program
the unit to automatically switch to maintenance mode once the regeneration
cycle is completed. The possible combinations provide the possibility to set
up to two regeneration phases followed by a HOLD phase. Set the regenera-
tion parameters as shown in point 4.2.1 . During parameter setup, the LED
L1 near the display flashes. Once the temperature, time / needle probe tem-
perature are set, press phase (3) to enter another regeneration phase and
set the regeneration parameters (chamber temperature and time/ core probe
temperature). For example it is possible to set a first regeneration phase at
130 ° C for 15 minutes followed by another regeneration phase at 80 ° C with
the core probe at 65 ° C.
In both cases, you can set the regeneration with one or two phases; if you
want to append a maintenance phase at the end of the regeneration cycle,
press the button HOLD (10) at the end of phase one (if regeneration is with
single-phase) or phase 2 (if regeneration is with two phases) and proceed as
shown in point 4.2.2 . In any case, the maintenance phase must be set after
the last phase. It is not possible to make a regeneration phase followed by a
maintenance phase followed by a regeneration phase.
The possible combinations are:
Ex. 1: PHASE 1 COOK + HOLD
Ex. 2: PHASE 1 COOK + PHASE 2 COOK
Ex. 3: PHASE 1 COOK + PHASE 2 COOK + HOLD
