3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE
The appliance was designed to cook food and maintain the service tempera-
ture of foods indoors and should only be used for this function: Any other use
should be avoided as it is considered improper and dangerous. During opera-
tion, supervise the appliance.
3.1 Temperature maintainer without needle probe

1. Appliance start button.
2. Button for decreasing temperature.
3. Button for increasing temperature.
4. Cooking/maintenance Start/Stop button.
D. Display
Upon board activation(1) on display appears the cabinet set-point of 90°C.
The keys 2 and 3 allow the user to change the set temperature to minimum
25°C and maximum 120°C. Press the key 7 (Start), to enable the operation
and the device will be set to 'PRE' or pre-heating. At the end of the preheat-
ing procedure the machine emits a sound and immediately sets to 'HOLD'
at 'indefinite' time. If the room was already sufficiently preheated, the main-
tainer immediately sets to HOLD.
During the 'HOLD' phase, on display appears the temperature inside the
cabinet. Press the keys 2 and 3 to increase or decrease the maintenance
temperature.

4. Core probe temperature button. (For models with needle probe only)
