5. MAINTENANCE
5.1 Cleaning
At the end of the working day, clean the appliance, both for reasons of hy-
giene and to prevent operating faults.
The appliance should never be cleaned with direct water or high pressure jets.
Moreover, the appliance should not be cleaned with wire sponges, ordinary
steel brushes or scrapers; eventually, you can use stainless steel wool, wiping
the appliance in the direction of sheet metal grain.
Wait for the cooking chamber to cool down.
Remove the grill holder panels.
Clean the debris that can be removed manually and put the removable parts
in the dishwasher.
To clean the cooking chamber use warm soapy water. Subsequently, all con-
cerned surfaces must be rinsed thoroughly and make sure you have removed
any detergent residue.
To clean the outer parts of the appliance, use a damp cloth and a mild deter-
gent.
5.2 Solenoid valve
The solenoid valve is the device that supplies water in the times and modes
set.
5.3 Door microswitch (REGENERATOR ONLY)
The door microswitch is the device which stops the appliance when the door
is opened.
Once te door is closed, the regular cycle is resumed.
Do not operate this appliance manually with the door open.
5.4 Motor thermal breaker
The fan motor is equipped with a built-in thermal protection which stops op-
eration in case of overheating.
The motor restarts automatically as soon as its temperature is lowered, re-
turning within the safety range.
