CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution: When cleaning the appliance, do not wash the outside with water under pressure. When finished
working, clean the appliance thoroughly. Daily cleaning of the appliance after use ensures that it works perfectly and lasts
longer.
Before cleaning, disconnect the appliance from the mains. Stainless steel parts should be washed with hot water and a neutral
detergent and then thoroughly rinsed with a damp cloth so that all traces of detergent are removed. Then the surfaces should
be dried with a clean cloth. Do not use abrasive or corrosive detergents.
The enamel pot stands should be washed with soapy water
Important notice: Apart from the normal cleaning and maintenance of the gas and elelctrical systems, they should be
checked at least once a year by a qualified installer. A maintenance contract is therefore recommended.
WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF MALFUNCTION
Close off the gas cocks, disconnect the appliance from the mains by means of the circuit breaker, and notify the service centre.
MEASURES TO TAKE IN CASE OF PROLONGED
DISUSE
Close off the gas cocks, disconnect the appliance from the mains and clean it as indicated above.
