WARNING:
SANISAN
®
must be connected to WC pan with a
horizontal otlet spigot conforming to EN33 or EN 37.
The macerator and its connections is integral with the
WC pan itself. The access to the apparatus must be
facilitated for control and maintenance.
The crusher has fastenings preventing it turning or from
floating.

CONNECTION OF DISCHARGE PIPE TO SANISAN
1. Insert one of the elbows
and turn in the required direction. Secure with gear clamp.
Fit the flexible hose

2. Fit the non-return valve to the other end.
3. Connect a 3/4-inch discharge pipe (copper, CPVC or PVC)
to the flexible hose
, and secure with a gear clamp.

WARNING:
The non-return valve should be positioned
so that the embossed arrow is on the top, and pointing
in the direction of flow.
Connect the discharge pipework directly into the non-return
valve in 3/4-inch. Secure both ends of the non-return valve
with a gear clamp.

CONNECTION OF WASHBASIN TO THE SANISAN
1. Use the flexible connector to connect the drain of a hand
basin to one of the bottom inlets.
2. Secure with plastic clips and plug the unused inlet with
blanking plug after greasing the joints.

CONNECTION OF A SHOWER
Use the flexible connector to connect the shower e drain

to one of the side bottom inlets.
Secure with plastic clips and plug the unused inlet with

blanking plug after greasing the joints.
WARNING:
Ensure when connecting a shower to
the SANISAN
that the underside of the shower tray is

raised by at least 6-inches from the floor. We
suggest to fabricate a platform out of 2x6 on edge.
