The aim of this safety guide is to provide users of LambdaUnite
MultiService Switch (MSS) systems with the relevant information and
safety guidelines to safeguard against personal injury. Furthermore, the
safety guide may be useful to prevent material damage to the equipment.
This information product contains the same chapter on safety in different
languages to ensure that all technical personnel can read the safety
admonishments in their native language and fully understand their mean-
ing and importance.
The present safety guide must be read by the responsible technical
personnel before carrying out relevant work on LambdaUnite
systems. The valid version of this document must always be kept close to
the equipment.
This is the first issue of this multilingual safety guide.
Please refer to Structure of safety instructions (1-4) for a detailed
description of safety labels used throughout this safety guide.
The present safety guide addresses everyone carrying out work of any
kind on LambdaUnite
