Pellet Grill Operation -Read & Follow Instructions Carefully
AUGER PRIMING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Before turning the grill on, fill the hopper with food grade
wood pellets.
2. Remove the bottom two smoking racks to access
grease deflector and heat diffuser.
3. Remove grease deflector, and heat diffuser.
This will allow you to see pellets falling into the crucible.
4. Press the

PRE-SEASON INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-seasoning your grill is an important and necessary step before you smoke your first recipe. This process
will rid the grill of oils from the manufacturing process. Even though you must complete this process
before you use your grill for the first time, you should also pre-season or cure your grill periodically to
prevent rust. If you regularly use your grill, there is no need to pre-season in the future.
1. Set temperature to 500ºF and run the grill for 1 hours.
To set temperature and time:
