INSTALLATION.
The equipment must be installed by skilled personnel.
All connections must be made in full compliance with current safety laws.
2.1
Installation (fig. 1).
The Control Panel does not operate independently, but must be connected to the Power Source, with
which it communicates and from which it receives its power supply.
Connect the Control Panel (24) to the Power Source (21) by means of the connector cable (1).
Place the Robot Interface (25) inside the Robot Control Cabinet (5), following the instructions given in
the Robot Interface Instruction Manual.
Complete the remaining connections of the other Welding System equipment, consulting the
corresponding Instruction Manuals (par. "Installation.").
Power the Welding System using the BU switch of the Power Source.
The System is powered; led H flashes rapidly on the Control Panel.
After one second, all displays and leds are lit (lamp test).
After one second, display O reads "Art," and display P shows the code of the Power Source to which the
Control Panel is connected (e.g., "287").
Display AN1 shows the version of the Cebora Firmware (e.g., 8c.06.8d).
Display AN2 shows the version of the saved Cebora programs (e.g., P03.H03) (see tables 1 and 2).
Thereafter, the Control Panel returns to the condition it was in before the last shutdown.
One second after shutting off the BU switch, the fan on the Power Source operates for 10 seconds, then
stops.
Based on its setting the Cooling Unit may start running (par. 7.2).
3
