Led Y - Pre-gas.
The value expressed in seconds is shown on display AN1, and may be selected using the keys AM and
AX. Range 0 – 10 sec.
4.7.2
Led Z - Post-gas.
The value expressed in seconds is shown on display AN1, and may be selected using the keys AM and
AX. Range 0 – 30 sec.
4.7.3
Led AE - Burn-Back Time Correction.
Adjustment of the wire length protruding from the torch nozzle after welding, expressed in variation of
time (milliseconds).
The absolute value and the value of the correction function are shown on displays AN1 and AN2.
These values may be changed via Control Panel or Robot Terminal depending on the condition of the
"Burn-Back Time Correction Disable" finction, available on RAI211 and RDI210 Robot Interfaces
(par. 5.3.4):
with "Burn-Back Time Correction Disable" not active (S1-4 = OFF, or I100 = low) the "Burn-Back
Time Correction" adjustment is enabled in Standard program, Pulsed arc program and Manual
modes, and follows the value set at Robot Interface analog input 4. The adjustment is carried out via
the Robot Terminal;
with "Burn-Back Time Correction Disable" active (S1-4 = ON, or I100 = high) the "Burn-back
Time Correction" is not active.

Independently from the Burn-Back Time Correction Disable function state, in Parameter Selection
Internal mode, is always possible to adjust the Burn-Back Time Correction from Control Panel,
through the AM and AX keys.
4.7.4
Led AA - Soft Start.
This adjustment is important in order to always achieve good starts.
Soft start is the wire speed, expressed as a percentage of the speed set for the welding, before the wire
touches the workpiece.
Its value is shown on the displays AN1 and AN2.
In Parameter Selection Internal mode, Standard program mode, Pulsed arc program mode and
Manual mode, the value may be edited using the keys AM and AX. Adjustment Auto or 1-100% (default
= "Auto", automatic).
Other Accessory Functions are not operative, or are replaced by alternative functions described in the
chapter "Second Functions" (par. 7).
Led AB - "Hot start" current.
Not operative.
The function Automatic Hot Start "HSA" is available in the "Second Functions" menu.
Led AC - Slope.
Not operative.
The parameter Slope "Slo" is available in the "Second Functions" menu, in the submenu of the Crater Arc
function "CrA".
Led AD - "Crater filler" current.
Not operative.
The Crater Arc function "CrA" is available in the "Second Functions" menu.
Led AF - Hot-start for MMA.
Not operative.
Led AG - Arc-force.
Not operative.

E key.
Always operative.
Each time this key is pressed, it calls up the measure you wish to show on display O.
The selected measure is indicated by the lighting of the corresponding led.
