6 Calibration

The following parameters at least must be set before the instrument can be used:
• select units (see 5.1.2)
• detection of sensor and the reduction factor (see 5.5.3)
• alarm for a particular current value (see 5.6.1)
• wire thickness, for correct working of the current sensor (see 5.6.2)

7 Use

7.1 General

Press the 'ON' key to activate the controls and to switch on the background lighting on the
screen.
The background lighting will be switched off 30 seconds (default value) after the last com-
mand has been given.
Press the 'UP' key to raise the anchor.
Press the 'DOWN' key to lower the anchor.
The appropriate action will be stopped when the 'UP' or 'DOWN' key is released.
If the background lighting is not on the 'UP' and 'DOWN' keys have no function. The back-
ground lighting must then be activated by pressing the 'ON' key once.
