Check list and Preparation before Washing Clothes
Please read these operating instructions carefully to avoid any damage or issues with the washing
machine and to clothes.
Check fabric for potential color bleed
Prior to washing any new garments, check to see if the color will bleed to avoid damaging other
items in the same wash cycle.
• Wet one corner of the fabric and let it set for a few
minutes.
• Press a white cloth down onto the wet part of the
fabric.
• If any color bleeds off onto the white cloth, the item is
not colorfast and will bleed into the wash cycle. This
fabric should be washed separately.
NOTE:
Never put clothes to be washed in the washing machine for a long period of time. Clothes left in the
machine may get moldy and cause spots.
Clothes may also become discolored if they are not washed according to the stated washing
temperature and instructions.
Certain clothes/fabric may become damaged if immersed in water:
• Ties, waistcoats, western-style clothes, outer garments etc. may experience shrinkage if
immersed in water.
• Wrinkle-style clothes, embossed clothes, resin clothes etc. may become damaged when
immersed in water.
• Among cotton and wool materials, clothes that may become damaged are wrinkle-style silk, fur
products and fur decorations;
• Clothes with decoration, long dresses and traditional clothes etc contain fabrics that may become
discolored.
• Do not wash clothes without material labels and washing requirements.
• Never wash clothes stained with flammable chemicals such as gasoline, petroleum, benzene,
paint thinner and alcohol.
