legislation, wherever applicable:

EMC Directive 2014/30/EU (electric motors are considered inherently benign in terms of electromagnetic compatibility)

conformity with the Machinery Directive.
A Technical Documentation for the products above is compiled in accordance with part B of annex VII of Machinery Directive
2006/42/EC.
We undertake to transmit, in response to a reasoned request by the national authorities, relevant information on the partly
completed machinery identified above through WEG authorised representative established in the European Union. The method
of transmission shall be electronic or physical method and shall be without prejudice to the intellectual property rights of the
manufacturer.
