注意 :
ミシンの不意の起動による人身の損傷を防ぐため、電源を切り、モータの回転が止まったことを確認してから行なってください。

work after turning the power off and ascertaining that the motor is at rest.

Um durch plötzliches Anlaufen der Nähmaschine verursachte Verletzungen zu vermeiden, führen Sie die
folgende Arbeit erst aus, nachdem Sie den Netzschalter ausgeschaltet und sich vergewissert haben, daß
der Motor vollkommen stillsteht.
AVERTISSEMENT :
Pour ne pas risquer des blessures causées par une brusque mise en marche de la machine, toujours la
mettre hors tension et s'assurer que le moteur est au repos avant d'effectuer les opérations suivantes.

cerciórese de comenzar el siguiente trabajo después de desconectar la corriente y de estar seguro que el
motor está completamente parado.

3) Make rear needle guard 1 slightly come in contact with the right-hand needle so that the clearance between right-
hand needle and top end 6 of the looper is 0 to 0.05 mm when top end 6 of the looper comes from the extreme
right end to the center of right-hand needle.
In addition, make rear needle guard 1 slightly come in contact with the medium needle so that the clearance
between the medium needle and top end 6 of the looper keeps 0 to 0.05 mm when top end 6 of the looper comes
to the center of medium needle.
Perform the adjustment with setscrews 5 and 7.
Die Querposition des hinteren Nadelschutzes 1 so einstellen, dass er die Nadel innerhalb des Bereichs B empfängt,
wenn sich die Nadel in ihrer Tiefstellung befindet.
1) Die drei Befestigungsschrauben 2 herausdrehen, dann die Nadelspitzen-Silikonölschmiereinheit 4 und die
Exzenterabdeckung 3 entfernen.

針が最下点時、後針受け 1 の左右位置は B の範囲で針
を受けるよう調節します。
1) 止めねじ 2(3個)を外し、 針先エスレン装置 4 とカ
ムカバー 3 を外します。
2）ルーパ先端が最右点より右針中心まできた時に後針
受け 1 の稜線 A と右針先端を 1.5mm ∼ 2mm に
なるように止めねじ 5 で高さを調整します。
3) ルーパ先端6が最右点より右針中心まできた時、 右
針とルーパ先端 6のすき間は 0∼0.05mm になる
よう、後針受け 1 を軽く接触させます。
また、 中針中心までルーパ先端 6 がきた時、 中針と
ルーパ先端 6のすき間が 0∼0.05mm を保つよう
後針受け 1 を軽く接触させます。
調節は止めねじ 5、7 により行います。
Adjust the lateral position of rear needle guard 1 so that it
receives the needle within the range of B when the needle
is in its lowest position.
1) Remove three setscrews 2, and remove needle tip silicon
oil lubricating unit 4 and cam cover 3.
2) Adjust the height with setscrew 5 so that the distance
from edge line A of rear needle guard 1 to the top end of
right-hand needle is 1.5 to 2 mm when the top end of the
looper comes from the extreme right end to the center of
right-hand needle.
