Customer service and spare parts service
Only use genuine PREBENA spare parts for maintenance of the compressor. All authorised
service centres have these spare parts in store.
Non--genuine spare parts pose risks which may result in physical injuries. In order to ensure
good service and for any enquiries, please always indicate the type, date of manufacture and
serial number of your compressor. This information can be found on the label on the manual
cover and on the type plate on the compressor.
Warranty
This unit has been comprehensively checked prior to delivery and a warranty is provided for
a period of 12 months from the invoice date. The warranty only applies if all the contractual
standards have been met by the buyer and installation and use are in conformity with the in-
structions contained in this manual. On the basis of this warranty, the manufacturer under-
takes to repair or replace, free of charge, any faulty parts and parts with design faults. The
assessment of our authorised service centre technicians applies exclusively and cannot be
contested.
Labour costs are excluded from this warranty and will consequently be invoiced. The warranty
excludes any liability for direct or indirect personal injury or damage to property resulting from
the improper use or maintenance of the product and is restricted to fabrication and design
faults. All parts which are subject to wear owing to their specific use are excluded from the
warranty. Also excluded from the warranty are the costs for transport, assessment, removal
and re--installation by one of our technicians if the relevant fault is not attributable to us. These
costs must be borne by the buyer.
