7.0 Guarantee requirements
You will need to proceed as follows in order to activate your 2-year
guarantee:

steering wheel has been reset

Search for a solution under "Support" at
www.Fanatec.com
7.3
Send an email to the relevant national customer
service department (more information on the website)
7.4
Follow the recommendations of the service personnel
8.0 Guarantee services
8.1
ENDOR AG provides a two-year warranty on material and
production defects for the hardware product – this
warranty does not effect the statutory consumer rights
applicable in the jurisdiction.
8.2
Exemptions from the warranty are defects caused by
8.2.1 commercial use of the product and/or
8.2.2 normal wear and tear and/or
8.2.3 damage caused by the action of third parties
and/or which can be attributed to
8.2.4 inappropriate use or treatment
and/or
8.2.5 use of the product not in accordance with the operating
and maintenance instructions
and/or
8.2.6 installation not in accordance with the instructions
and/or
8.2.7 non-adherence to the local safety standards
and/or
8.2.8 the consequences of third party intervention or
unauthorised opening of the device including any
changes, adjustments and/or adaptation measures
(including if they are carried out by a specialist).
