Clean the product when necessary by using a soft cloth and mild
non-abrasive cleanser.
Before cleaning, unplug from the electrical outlet.
Before exposing the Water Flosser to freezing temperatures, remove
the reservoir and run the unit until completely empty.

Waterpik Water Flossers have no consumer-serviceable electrical items

and do not require routine service maintenance.
Some replacement parts and accessories for the Water Flosser are also
available from Water Pik, Inc. or your local distributor which can be found
at www.waterpik.com.
Refer to serial and model numbers in all correspondence. These numbers
are located on the bottom of your unit.
