STARTING RELAY
(2

RELAY)
• Connect an external cable with a
lamp 12 volts 5W to the blue
terminals of the connector which
is fitted in the starting relay (F. 20).
• Turn the key on "ON".
A. The lamp does not light on
• Check the continuity (tester
of the blue cable between the
battery and the relay and the
continuity of the blue cable
between relay and starting motor.
• Locate the break and solve it.
B. The lamp lights on
• Press the "Start" push button.
- The lamp does not turn off or it
remains on: replace the relay
- The lamp turns off totally: conti-
nue searching.
KEY CHANGE-OVER SWITCH
• Disconnect the four-way connector
of the change-over switch (check
the cable sequence).

• Connect the tester (
connector (F. 21):
- Tester terminal (+): blue/red
cable terminal
- Tester terminal (-): blue cable
terminal
• Turn the change-over switch key
on "ON":
- No continuity: replace the key
change-over switch
- Continuity: continue searching.

• Mettre un "crampillon" avec une
ampoule de 12 volt 5W, au plots
bleus du connecteur introduit
dans le relais de démarrage (F. 20).
• Tourner la clef sur "ON".
A. L'ampoule ne s'allume pas

• Contrôler la continuité

continuité du câble bleu, entre
relais et démarreur.
• trouver l'interruption et résoudre.
B. L'ampoule s'allume
• Appuyer sur la touche "Start" :
- L'ampoule ne s'éteint pas, ou re-
ste faiblement allumée : changer
le relais.
- L'ampoule s'éteint totalement :
poursuivre la recherche.
DEMARREUR A CLEF
• Débrancher le connecteur à
quatre voies du démarreur
(vérifier l'ordre des câbles).
• Brancher le testeur (
x 1) to the
connecteur (F. 21) :
- Borne (+) testeur : cosse câble
bleu/rouge
- Borne (-) testeur : cosse câble
bleu
• Tourner la clef du démarreur sur
"ON" :
- Pas de continuité : changer le
démarreur à clef
- Continuité : poursuivre la
recherche.

• Llevar u perno de U con una bombilla
12 volt 5W, a los terminales azules
del conector engranado en el relé
de arranque (F. 20).
• Girar la llave hasta "ON".
A. La bombilla no se enciende
• Controlar continuidad

entre batería y relé y continuidad
cable azul entre relé y motor de
arranque.
• Individuar la interrupción y resolver.
B. La bombilla se enciende
• Apretar el botón "Start":
- La bombilla no se apaga, o que-
da ligeramente encendida: susti-
tuir el relé.
- La bombilla se apaga totalmen-
te: continuar la búsqueda.
CONMUTADOR DE LLAVE
• Desconectar el conector de cuatro
vías del conmutador (comprobar el
orden de los cables).
• Conectar el tester (
conector (F. 21):
- Terminal (+) tester: terminal
cable azul/rojo
- Terminal (-) tester: terminal
cable azul
• Girar la llave del conmutador hasta
"ON":
- No hay continuidad: sustituir el
conmutador llave
- Hay continuidad: continuar la
búsqueda.
