The table below shows the maximum permitted quantities the appliance can process:
FOOD
PASTA
RICE
DOUGH
MAIZE FLOUR (FOR POLENTA)
LIQUIDS
The appliance has 20 automatic programs.
The work you have to do is minimal; you need only add food at various points then, at the end, check the
consistency and make sure the food is fully cooked.
All the stages of the recipe are preconfigured and carried out in sequence: beeps will indicate the exact
moment you need to carry out an action.
• Press the automatic program button: the following screen is displayed.
• Press the "+" or "-" buttons to select the required program. Once you have selected the program, you
can select the portion size by pressing the half portion function button. The times and the ingredient
quantities will vary depending on the portion size selected.
• Start the appliance by pressing the Start/Pause button: the remaining time will appear on the display.
• Depending on the program selected, the appliance will emit different sounds to let you know that it's
time to add the ingredients (as indicated step by step in the recipe included in the recipe book).
• Once the various beeps have sounded, open the lid and add the ingredients as described in the
recipe included in the recipe book.
• At the end of the program, the appliance will beep and the word "END" will appear on the display. The
appliance will carry on mixing for another 2 minutes to prevent the food from sticking to the bottom of
the bowl.
• Press the On/Off button. If the button is not pressed within 3 minutes, the appliance enters energy
saving mode.
If the program is interrupted for any reason (e.g. power cut), continue in manual mode: the recipe book
contains instructions for preparing the recipes in automatic mode and in manual mode (i.e. setting the
temperature, speed and time manually).
