WARNING! DO NOT operate the appliance without the
measuring cap on the lid with the PULSE function or at a

speed higher than 5: hot foodstuffs may splash towards the
user and into the surrounding area.
WARNING! Hot foodstuffs, heat and steam may come out
during cooking, especially if the lid is open.
WARNING! The external surfaces of the appliance may
become very hot while the appliance is in use; always use an
oven mitt to handle the bowl, the lid, the mixing blade, the ice
crushing blade, the chopping/kneading blade, the steaming
basket and the measuring cap during or immediately after
operation.
WARNING! If used without the lid, the appliance poses the
same risks as a saucepan without a lid, allowing easy access
to any hot liquids contained.
WARNING! Check the temperature of the prepared food
before eating it or feeding a child with it.
WARNING! Risk of scalding. DO NOT move the appliance
while it is in operation.
WARNING! After washing carefully, dry the contacts under
the bowl.
WARNING! Check the seal is undamaged and correctly
positioned before refitting the helical drive spindle.
WARNING! When fitting and removing the helical drive
spindle, take care not to crush your fingers when turning the

• Unwind the power cable.
• Make sure that the appliance is on a level surface.
• Connect the power cable plug to the mains power socket.
• Insert the bowl and put the lid on.
• Turn the appliance on: the control panel will switch on and emit an activation sound:
‫ ܞ‬If the lid is open, the open padlock symbol will appear on the display: you will not be able to press the
motor speed and pulse buttons and the motor function will be disabled.
