Possible Cause
Drain cap and silicone seal are not
secure.
All the water in the tank has been
used.
The unit is unplugged.
Hot water power switch located
at the back of the unit is not
activated.
The circuit breaker in your home is
tripped or the fuse has blown.
Temperature limit tripped.
Lower front panel is not installed.
Cold water control needs to be
adjusted.
Empty water bottle.
Mineral deposits clogging tanks.
Possible air pocket.
Child safety lock (hot water) not
activated.
Water pump makes noise as it fills
the tank.
Water dispenser is uneven.
Suggested Solution
Ensure seal is secure in drain plug
and tighten drain cap.
Replace with full bottle and wait
for water to cool and heat.
Adjust the cold water temperature
control to a colder setting.
Plug it into the outlet.
Activate red "on/off" switch.
Reset the breaker or replace the
fuse.
Allow the temperature of the
hot water tank to cool for
approximately 15-30 minutes. The
temperature limit switch will re-set
automatically.
The lower front panel must always
be installed/positioned on the unit
for proper operation.
Adjust control between high (cool)
and low (colder) levels to achieve
desired temperature.
Replace with full bottle.
See Cleaning the Reservoirs.
Push down the dispenser buttons
to prime the unit.
Activate child safety lock.
This is normal.
Make sure the dispenser is on an
even surface that can support its
full weight.
