PROBLEM
Water dispenser is leaking.
No hot water.
No cold water.
Water dispenser is not
dispensing water.
Alarm is beeping
continuously.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Check all water line connections for
leaks.
Filter not properly secured and locked.
Drain cap and plug are not secure.
Cold tank reservoir is overfilled.
Insufficient water levels in the reservoir.
The unit is unplugged.
Kettle Feature button was not activated.
Temperature limit switch tripped.
The circuit breaker in your home is
tripped or the fuse is blown.
The unit is unplugged.
Thermostat needs to be adjusted colder.
Water shut-off valves are closed.
Water leakage detection system is
activated.
SUGGESTED SOLUTION
Repair water line connections and make sure
blue locking "c-clips" are installed on water
lines.
Secure Filter and lock.
Ensure drain plug is secure and tighten drain
cap.

PROTECTION
Make sure all water shut-off valves are open.
Plug in the power cord.
Activate the Kettle Feature button.
The temperature limit switch will re-set
automatically when the temperature of the
water drops.
Reset the breaker or replace the fuse.
Plug in the power cord.
Adjust thermostat between L (warm) and H
(colder) levels to achieve desired temperature.
Open all water shut-off valves.
Refer to Water Leakage Detection System
instructions in the manual.
