3. As shown in Figure 13: "Installing the Switch Junction Box", attach the switch junction box to the brake

not obscured. Use the brake housing cable clip to fasten the electric cable to the brake housing.

As shown in Figure 14: "Wire Covers (SMEWC2)", special wire covers are available in 50 mm or 300 mm
lengths, for cleanly mounting the wire harness externally on your bike frame.
Note: See "Internal Wiring" for information about internal wire routing.
Cable ties can also be useful for attaching the wire harness along existing bicycle control cables. Make sure
that normal operation of bicycle controls is not compromised, however.

The strength of the adhesive for fastening the cable wire harness cover to your frame is intentionally weak,
which serves to protect your frame paint from damage if you ever remove it to replace the electric wires.
Note: When removing the electric wire cover, do not remove it too vigorously as this could damage the frame paint.
If the electric wire covering wears out and peels off , replace it.
4. The iCD setup process is now complete. Test your setup by operating the switch and making sure the
system cycles normally between climb and descend modes.

Check wire length and ensure
adequate slack in mounted cable
harness throughout shock and full
handlebar travel.
