Fix the master screw (guide nut, lead spindle and polygon
bush) to the piston using two screws.
Align the spindle by placing the Allen key in the setscrew
in the coupling.
Join the spindle housing to the cylinder so that the milled
section of the lead spindle and the setscrew fit with each
other.
Tighten the setscrew in the coupling. Fit the setscrew onto
the spindle housing.
Assembly of motor drive, belt pulley, both covers and the
sealing in reverse order.
Check measurement X and if need be, adjust it by turning
the lower belt pulley.
After assembly or disassembly work has been carried out
on the machine, a simulation and a function control must
be carried out without tools or belts.
Connect machine to power in accordance with Item 2.2.

Place a metal object (e.g. an M8 bolt) on switchpoint I.
Activate the start impulse using the controller. The rapid
stroke (30 mm) is triggered. The machine is now in the
middle position.
