The following error message may appear in case of bad

Bluetooth connection: "CANICALM Smart not detected.
Refer to the manual to start it. "
In this case, check that your phone is properly connected
with Bluetooth and check that your collar is turned on
correctly.
Also, make sure you have allowed the app to access your

location, contacts, or photos.
When your collar battery is low, stimulations are not
▪
necessarily delivered. A disconnection between the collar and
the application can also be noted.
In this case, please change the battery of the collar (see
paragraph battery change).
