Important information before initial start-up

The initial start-up must be performed by the Technical Service of
Fresenius Kabi or a person authorized by them.
The following points must be strictly observed to ensure safe
operation of the device:
The applicable standards and regulations must be observed (e.g. in
Germany VDE 0107) when connecting the device to the power supply
system.
When using safety class I systems, the quality of the protective ground
of the installation is of particular importance. It must be taken into
consideration that in many countries regulations have been enacted by
national authorities.
If the power cable needs to be replaced, use only the original power
cable listed in the spare parts catalog.
If additional equipment, not included in the accessories, is
connected to the device, then the permissible leakage currents
risk to be exceeded.
The devices are not suitable for use with flammable mixtures or nitrous
oxide.
Note
The system may only be used in accordance with the accompanying
documents.
Only then will the manufacturer consider himself liable for any effects on
safety, reliability and performance of the device.
