The following 5 mandatory steps are required to use the beer machine.
1. Cool the beer keg.
2. Follow the indications on the keg to eliminate excess gas.
3. Pierce the keg.
4. Connect the gas and beer tubes.
5. Draw and taste.

Remove the device from its packaging and make sure that no accessory is missing (see Figure E). Do not let
children play with the packagings to avoid any injuries or serious damages.
•
Place the device on a stable horizontal support
being careful to leave at least 10 cm around each
side of the ventilation louvers to allow a good
aeration of the device and an optimum cooling.
•
Install the glass support by placing it in the notch
provided for this purpose (Figure F)
•
Fasten the distributor's handle to the distribution
tap making sure that both endpieces fit
perfectly (turn the handle clockwise

Connect the device to 230 VAC or 12 VDC.
(cigar lighter adapter supplied). The cooling system
then starts running.
•
Assemble the piercing rod (figure H‐1) and the distribution unit (Fig H‐3) by screwing the first on the second.
Make sure that the transparent joint (Fig H‐2) is properly installed before screwing (Fig. I) ; if not, put it in
place. If the assembly is already done, make sure that it is correctly screwed.
